Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original Mephisto shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
